Rural and Remote Sponsorship

WACSSO is excited to announce that a limited number of rural and remote delegate sponsorship packages will be available, generously provided by Lotterywest. The funding provides the opportunity for rural and remote delegates to attend our 2017 Annual Conference.
Funding will cover travel and approved accommodation costs, (meals, taxi fares and hire cars are not included). Vehicle travel costs will be reimbursed on a per km rate, (please contact WACSSO office for rates) paid after the conference. The WACSSO office will book and pay for airfares and accommodation directly on delegates behalf.
In order for WACSSO to secure this year’s Lotterywest grant and be in the running for future years, we were required to allocate the successful applicants shared accommodation in twin rooms (2 double beds per room). Recipients who request single accommodation will be required to make a prepaid subsidy of $70 for a single night and $120 for two nights.
The application form can be completed at the bottom of this page. Applications must be received before the closing date of 26th May 2017.
Successful applicants will be notified via email by 16th June.

Once your application form has been submitted there is no need to register for conference as well.
Remember through 2017/18 affiliation, there is no cost for the first delegate attending Conference.
The cost for the second delegate and observers from your P&C can attend at $150 including GST per person.
