I have been on the Northcliffe P&C since 1999, president since 2000, WACSSO State Councillor for the W/B East electorate since 2001.

Represent the Coastal Ward as a Local Government Councillor with Manjimup Shire, Deputy Chief Bushfire control officer for Manjimup Shire, Volunteer Ambulance paramedic and chair or member of about 13 other local committees. I also have spare time to have a life with Sonia and the kids Kirra 16 and Sam 14.

I became involved in the P&C because the school can offer only so much for your kid's education that it’s great that parents have an opportunity to "top up" that benefit. I joined WACSSO for the benefit of all school kids in WA not just my local area.

Since joining WACSSO in 2001 I have been proud to be part of a team that strives for better outcomes for children in education. The respect our group has with Govt. and the educators is very well earned and I enjoy the task of going for the politician’s jugular when negotiating on behalf of the future of our country.

I always offer my ear to any P&C member or parent who may have a concern or problem with their child’s education. I don’t like to butt into individual P&C Association's business but am always available for advice or to help facilitate an answer.
