At WACSSO the Training & Development position incorporates providing P&C's, School Council's and State Councillor's with training and assistance.

Since government schools are situated all over the state this position entails a great deal of travel throughout WA.

The Training & Development Officer is required to plan, promote, deliver, and follow up any training provided.

Assisting with enquiries, planning and preparing for Annual Conference, liaising with staff, other government departments and organisations,reviewing and updating WACSSO resources are just a few of the other duties that might be required to be undertaken when I am in the office.
