Get excited, registrations for the 2023 WACSSO Conference are now open!

By registering to be a delegate at this year’s Conference, you’ll be a part of the WA P&C event of the year. This Conference will be a highly rewarding, informative, and fun weekend, with lots in store to help strengthen your P&C.

All P&Cs intending to send delegates are encouraged to register early to avoid disappointment, as last year's event was at capacity.

Remember, attending our Conference as a first delegate is FREE, as this cost is included in your P&Cs affiliation fees. To select your delegates, make sure you add Conference 2023 to your next meeting agenda so attendance can be discussed. When you are ready, use this form to nominate your attendees. Following registration, delegates will receive an email that includes an invoice. Attendance will be confirmed on receipt of payment. We will then be in touch with attendees directly with Conference information closer to August.

Regional, Rural and Remote Delegates

WACSSO has applied for a Lotterywest Grant to support delegates from regional, rural, and remote P&C Associations with sponsorship for their travel and accommodation costs for the 2023 WACSSO Conference. If your P&C is interested in sending a representative to Conference and you intend on applying for sponsorship to attend, you need to complete the Conference Registration Form as soon as your P&C has approved attendance via a meeting.

While completing a Conference registration now does not guarantee that you will receive sponsorship if we are successful at receiving the Grant, we will try to make sure that at least one person from each registered P&C is selected.
